Washr Mobile is a professional mobile car wash and detailing platform serving Los Angeles County. Customers can easily book car washes through our website or mobile app. We connect customers with independent, insured, and vetted mobile detailing professionals (“Washr Pros”) who perform services at the customer’s chosen location — whether home, work, or elsewhere. Washr Mobile acts as a technology platform connecting customers and service providers. We do not directly perform or supervise services.

Available Packages
Washr Mobile offers multiple service packages that include exterior and interior cleaning options, depending on your needs and vehicle type.
Packages are based on vehicle size and service level. Common packages include:
Basic Wash: Exterior cleaning, tire shine, and window wipe-down.
Silver Wash: Includes basic wash plus interior vacuum and wipe-down.
Gold Wash: Full exterior and interior detailing, including dashboard cleaning, window polish, and seat wipe-down.
Platinum Detail: Deep cleaning including wax, clay bar, shampoo seats, and carpets.
Add-ons
Customers can add optional services such as pet hair removal, odor removal, clay bar, waxing, carpet shampoo, and seat shampoo. Add-ons appear after selecting a package during booking.
📅 Booking Process
Step 1: Create an account or log in.
Step 2: Select your preferred package and any add-ons.
Step 3: Enter your service address, date, and time (based on availability).
Step 4: Apply any promo codes or credits.
Step 5: Enter your payment information to confirm your booking.
Stripe securely authorizes the card but does not charge it until the booking is completed.
💳 Payments
Payments are processed automatically through Stripe once your Washr Pro marks the job as complete.
You will receive a payment receipt by email.
100% of tips go directly to the Washr Pro.
Any applied credits or promo codes will automatically reduce your total.
You can store payment methods for future bookings.
🎁 Promo Codes, Gift Cards, and Credits
Promo Codes:
You can enter promo codes during checkout. Promo codes may have expiration dates, quantity limits, and usage restrictions.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards are redeemable toward any booking. They are non-refundable but never expire. If a booking is canceled, the value is automatically re-applied as credit to your account.
Credits:
Credits appear on your account after refunds, promotions, or adjustments. Credits automatically apply to your next booking.
🕒 Cancellations and Reschedules
You can cancel or reschedule through your Washr Mobile account.
Free window:
You can cancel or reschedule within 15 minutes of booking with no charge.
After 15 minutes:
Same-day cancellation or reschedule: $10 fee.
Within 2 hours of your scheduled time: 50% of booking total (after promo codes).
If vehicle is unavailable or inaccessible: Full booking charge applies.
🧼 Service Day & Arrival
Washr Pros are independent professionals who travel to your location.
You’ll receive notifications when your Washr Pro is assigned, on the way, cleaning, and done.
The assigned pro’s name and photo appear in your account.
Service times may vary depending on traffic or weather, but pros always aim to arrive within your booked time window.
👤 Vendors / Washr Pros
Washr Pros are vetted, background-checked, and carry a minimum of $500,000 in General Liability Insurance.
They are independent 1099 contractors who manage their own schedules, equipment, and vehicles.
Equipment Requirements:
Each Washr Pro is required to have:
Water tank
Pressure washer or generator
Cleaning supplies and vacuum
Towels, soaps, and interior detail tools
Scheduling:
Vendors can set availability up to 9 days in advance. Customers only see available slots. Pros receive bookings through text and can accept or decline.
🧾 Refunds and Satisfaction Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your service, Washr Mobile offers a Satisfaction Policy.
Customers can submit a concern within 48 hours of booking completion by emailing support@washrmobile.com

A short form may be sent requesting photos and details.
Refunds or credits are handled case-by-case.
⭐ Ratings & Tips
After completion, customers are prompted to rate their Washr Pro from 1–5 stars and optionally add a tip.
Ratings help us maintain service quality.
Tips are optional and go entirely to the Washr Pro.
📱 Communication and Notifications
Customers and Washr Pros receive real-time text updates via SendHub and email notifications.
Customers are notified when bookings are confirmed, assigned, or updated.
Washr Pros receive texts to view and accept new jobs.
Our support team communicates via Zendesk and Slack internally for faster coordination.

Website Chat Widget: Customers can send messages through the web widget. These currently create tickets but may transition to live chat soon.

⚖️ Legal & Compliance
Independent Contractors:
All Washr Pros are independent 1099 contractors, not employees.
Insurance Requirements:
Vendors must maintain active General Liability Insurance (minimum $500,000 coverage).
Data Protection:
Washr Mobile complies with applicable data protection laws. Customer and vendor data are encrypted and never shared with third parties except for service fulfillment and payment processing.

Q: Do I need to provide water or power?
A: No. All Washr Pros are fully equipped with their own water and power supply.
Q: How far in advance can I book?
A: You can book up to 3 weeks in advance.
Q: What if it rains?
A: If weather conditions prevent service, you’ll be notified and can reschedule free of charge.
Q: How do I apply a promo code?
A: Enter it at checkout in the promo field before confirming your booking.
Q: Can I add multiple cars to one booking?
A: Yes, after choosing a package, you can add another vehicle and select the same or a different package.
Q: How long does a wash take?
A: Most standard washes take 60–90 minutes per car, depending on the package and vehicle size.

Orders are processed in the Admin Back Office, where bookings, vendor assignments, and payments are tracked.
Stripe Connect handles vendor payouts automatically once jobs are marked completed.
Failed or delayed vendor jobs trigger re-dispatch logic or escalation to management.
Zendesk automations categorize messages (e.g., “Proxy Communication,” “Booking Inquiry,” “Vendor Issue”).
3/5 or lower ratings trigger escalation and vendor block review.
💬 AI Agent Tone & Policy
The AI Agent should always:
Respond politely and concisely, without unnecessary flattery.
Use simple, professional language.
Escalate to human support if unsure or if the query involves refunds, damage claims, or scheduling errors.
Never promise guaranteed arrival times or refunds — instead, say: “Our support team will review this for you right away.”
